Six steps to your new home.

Total time ≈ 6 months from building permit — we agree the exact dates with you individually
  1. Step 01

    Enquiry & consultation

    You tell us about your plot, wishes and budget — we give you specific advice on the model, fit-out and process. No obligation.

  2. Step 02

    Planning & building permit

    The building application is prepared by an architect commissioned by you — on request we recommend experienced partners and supply all technical documentation for your house.

  3. Step 03

    Plot & foundation

    We supply all specifications for the foundation and service connections. The structural and foundation plans are prepared by a structural engineer — we are happy to put you in touch with our partner.

  4. Step 04

    Production in the factory

    Your house takes shape in our own factory, protected from the weather — digitally planned, built with machine precision and quality-checked at every stage.

  5. Step 05

    Delivery & assembly

    We deliver the fully fitted-out modules and assemble them — usually within two weeks at most.

  6. Step 06

    Handover & moving in

    After the joint handover inspection you move in — with no months-long fit-out phase on site.
