About us

DWELLII designs and builds modular timber homes – made in our own production facility, from the structure to the interior fit-out.

DWELLII is a German company that develops high-quality prefab modular homes and tiny houses, produced to German quality standards, delivered turnkey and assembled on site – depending on the house and plot, usually within a maximum of two weeks. All our modular homes are designed for comfortable single-level living close to nature – all year round. DWELLII homes are built exclusively with timber from sustainable forestry and high-quality materials.

In close collaboration with experienced external architects and building engineers, several modular house types have been developed – well thought out, both visually and functionally.

Philosophy

We develop modular homes with the ambition to rethink design, quality and efficiency. Sustainability is not an add-on but an integral part of our approach – from the first plans through to the finished build.

In concrete terms, that means:

  • CO₂-storing timber construction
  • minimal soil sealing thanks to screw foundations
  • low-emission materials for a healthy indoor climate

Our approach

Our houses are built with precise, serial production and assembled on site in a short time. This approach delivers consistent quality and short build times – while also reducing resource consumption and construction waste.

Sustainability also plays a role in the details: screw foundations let us avoid conventional concrete solutions, we choose long-lasting materials, and we integrate technical systems that work efficiently for the long term.

In detail, that means:

  • reduced resource use through serial production
  • minimal intervention on the plot
  • durable, low-maintenance construction, planned with experienced external architects and designers

Quality & Technology

Our building technology follows the same standard: high efficiency with low energy loss. High-quality windows, a carefully designed building envelope and integrated systems keep the indoor environment stable – regardless of the conditions outside.

At the same time, we place great importance on a healthy indoor climate. Low-emission materials and controlled ventilation with filtering, included as standard, ensure consistently high air quality.

To achieve this, we rely on:

  • a high-performance building envelope and windows
  • ventilation with heat recovery and filtering
  • cleanly integrated technology, with no compromise on design
